i rented a storage unit from barwick for 6 months while i was waiting for my new home to be built. the manager was very friendly and helpful when i rented the unit and when i vacated it. the unit was clean and dry and i had no problems with pests or rodents. the only negative is that the gate is locked at night and there is no way to get in or out after hours. however, this is a minor inconvenience and i would definitely rent from barwick again.
