i rented a unit here for a year and half. the staff was great and were always willing to answer any questions i had even though i'm not always the easiest person to deal with. i had to move to another state and i'm sad to leave this storage facility.
texas lone star storage llc has the rudest storage manager i have come across. he is the on site manager that lives there and he was rude to me right after my hysterectomy and i was bleeding from it and it made me late on my rent and i had to call him and he was not sympathetic at all and was rude about the situation and was threatening to charge me late fees when i already paid my bill and i came as soon as i was able to get there after my surgery.
