extraco banks is the worst insurance agency i've ever dealt with. i've been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a car accident and they have been nothing but difficult to work with. they have denied my claim multiple times and have refused to give me a reason why. i've been left without a car for over a month now and i'm starting to lose hope. i would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone.
