texas medical plans llc is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. my husband was diagnosed with cancer last year, and we had to file a claim with them. they denied the claim, saying that it was a preexisting condition. we appealed the decision, but they upheld their denial. we are now in the process of suing them.
