i am very disappointed because i thought i found a great insurance company that i could trust and had amazing customer service but i was wrong. on 04/16/2019 there was a very very bad hail storm which damaged my roof my windows and my car. i thought that since i have full coverage on all my properties that i can just file a claim and everything will be fine. unfortunately that is not the case. my homeowners insurance did not even cover half of the cost to fix my roof which i don't understand because i have a new roof which i put on 3 years ago. my car insurance was also giving me the run around. i pay $250 a month for full coverage on my car and yet they wanted to total my 2018 nissan altima,
i worked at this insurance agent for 3 months but unfortunately they lied on my application stating that i was not a team player yet i was the main person to lift and load 96 bales of paper on to the top shelf by myself. this shows that i work well with others. i was not a team player because i did not participate in the gossip. the only reason i was fired was because i suggest that my co worker should take care of her son. when my aunt was sick and i had to take her to the hospital 2 hours a day she was not understanding.
