this office has a strange new office that does not reflect the other locations. the service, timeliness and quality of service was not up to par with the other locations i visited. the person who helped me did not provide the appropriate guidance i needed to ensure i was making an informed decision about my insurance coverage. i will not be visiting this office, at 820 SPRING CREEK PKWY STE 400HH, PLANO TX, again. i will, however, continue to utilize trimmer's service but i will visit another location.
