fribourg llc. has been the worst insurance agency i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a claim until recently. when i filed a claim, they denied it and said it was not covered under my policy. i was shocked and disappointed, as i had always thought i was well-protected. i called to speak to a supervisor, but i was met with rudeness and unhelpfulnes.
