my husband's company used alight to do their 401k and he had a hardship withdrawal that he requested 3 months ago and has yet to receive. he has called, emailed, and spoken to 3 different reps and keeps getting the run around. they keep promising him he will receive his check but doesn't have any answers as to why there is a delay. they have claimed that they mailed him a check 3 weeks ago but he has not received anything in the mail. i do not recommend doing business with this company!
i was very impressed with this company from the beginning of my claim process until the end. i was kept informed the entire way . [name removed] was very helpful and kept me informed. she was very pleasant and professional. my vehicle repairs were completed in a timely manner. [name removed] was great. very personable and knowledgeable. the repairs to my vehicle look great. my car looks brand new! thank you again for a job well done!
