i had to file a claim against my policy and i was very impressed by the customer service i received. they were very helpful and made the process as easy as possible. i would definitely recommend them to others.
i will never refer anyone here. i was rear-ended and i have been getting the run around since day one. my rental expired and now i am without a vehicle. they won't return my calls or emails. this is ridiculous.
