i have been using myrddin atlas, llc for my insurance needs for the past 5 years. i have been very happy with their service and the rates they have been able to get me. i have never had any problems with them and they have always been very helpful and responsive to my needs.

i wish i could rate myrddin atlas less than 1 star. i have been working with them almost a year now and i am very frustrated with their service. i have had multiple issues with them, including: 1) not being able to get a binder on my coverage for over 3 months. this caused me to have to cancel my coverage with my previous carrier, and then had a gap in coverage when myrddin atlas finally provided me with a binder. this was extremely stressful and caused me a lot of anxiety. 2) incorrect billing. i have been overcharged on multiple occasions and have had to fight with them to get the charges corrected. 3) poor communication. i have often had to wait weeks for a response to my emails and phone calls. this has made it very difficult to get the help and support that i need. i am very disappointed with the service that i have received from myrddin atlas. i would not recommend them to anyone.
