dealing with oklahoma ins group was smooth and quick. they assisted me get the policy i need in half the time it would have taken me to do it alone. they were knowledgeable and friendly and willing to spend time explaining my policy in detail, and walking me through the process. i appreciated the personal attention i received from them and that they took the time to answer all my questions. they made me feel like i was their only customer, even though i know they were busy helping others.
