great service, very friendly, professional staff at this location. anytime i visit i have a good experience and i've been dealing with them for 5 years now. they have always been able to answer all my questions and take care of all my needs including finding me the cheapest rates on my car insurance. highly recommended.
i am currently trying to cancel my policy and get a refund for the cancellation. i have been on the phone now on several occasions and was told that someone would call me back, but i haven't received a call back. i have left several messages and spoken to several customer care people. no one seems to be able to help me and the customer service has been awful the last couple of times.
