as bad as it can get. representative completely unresponsive. i had to contact that company 6 times to find out about my policy. first time tried to contact them 3 days after i paid my first premium and never heard back. only after i sent 3 emails and called 2 more times, a live person called me and did it all wrong.i have already cancelled my policy and went with a different company.

i am a long standing customer and had to file a claim for the first time. i was hopeful that my experience would be good like all the years i have been with them, but sadly that wasn't the case. the claim was submitted in may of 2019 and is still not resolved yet. the adjuster assigned to the claim has been unresponsive and rude. he never calls back or emails as he says he will. every time i call him, i get his voicemail. whenever i leave a message, it takes him days to call back. he would say he will email me the information and never does. i have been emailing and calling statefarm's corporate office to attempt to escalate this issue and to no avail. they all tell me they will send him emails and have him call me, but nothing happens. this is by far the worst customer service i have ever received from any company. i am extremely frustrated and disappointed. i am strongly considering changing insurance companies because of this horrible experience.
