i was on the phone with timberlake insurance group in an attempt to get my mom car insured with this company. i spoke with the first agent chris and he was very helpful but then handed me off to his manager alex who was extremely rude. we had several issues that came up through the process that i believe could have been avoided if we were both less defensive. in the end because of alex's attitude, he lost out on our business. i will not recommend anyone go through timberlake insurance group.
kimberly timberlake is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. kimberly went above and beyond to make sure that i received the best rates possible and answered any questions i had concerning my policy. also, the processing of my policy was very quick and efficient. highly recommended!
i do not recommend doing business with timberlake insurance group. i was told by the agent, heather, multiple times that she would get back to me, but she never did. also, i was signing up for renters and car insurance and told heather that i was needing my insurance to start on a certain date. she assured me twice that it would be no problem, but then after i paid she told me that she had not processed my insurance coverage to take effect on the date that i needed. very unprofessional.
