note sure why they have such good reviews. (all other reviews are 5 stars). i didn't have a good experience with this insurance agency. my policy was canceled and was not notified. i did not receive my refund for two months. customer service is poor and never seem to know what is going on when i called in.
i have been with this insurance agency for over 10 years. they have always been there for me when i needed them. i highly recommend them.
