i wish i could give propel insurance zero stars. i had the absolute worst experience with them. they are not transparent about their services and fees and are extremely disorganized, lack communication skills and very unprofessional. i would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
after doing business with propel insurance for four years, i would like to say that they are the best in the business. their customer service is outstanding. the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. they have always given me great rates on my car and home insurance. i highly recommend them. do not hesitate to give them a call if you are looking to switch insurance companies. you will be glad you did.
