i get told one story and then when i talk to someone else i get told something else. i have been asked the same question by multiple employees in the same day concerning what my deductible would be. i've been given the wrong information and when i call to get it corrected it takes hours. and if i call back to check on the changes it takes hours again. this is not acceptable. customer service is terrible. i'm now refinancing and will move my accounts to another credit union.
very quick and easy to make an appointment and speak with someone about my mortgage options. sean went over everything with me step by step and made sure i was comfortable with the entire process. i highly recommend sean for any home buying needs!
