i've been with allstate for a couple years now and haven't had any problems. i feel they work with both parties involved and don't just go off the initial police report. i had a claim recently and joe prince my agent has been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. he helped me set up my claim and even called the other party's insurance company to find out the delay and when i could expect payment. joe is always pleasant and very informative. it helps me feel better knowing that he's working for me. thank you mr. prince and allstate for your great service!!!

this location has been extremely helpful and friendly! spoke to allison on the phone she directed me to come speak to traci who was even more helpful she knew what i needed and took care of it for me in a instant i was so thankful for her assistance and the speedy service i received will definitely recommend to friends and family!!!

let me tell you when i say the staff here is amazing i mean it. this whole group of wonderful people helped me out when i was in a bind and needed insurance right away. i went everywhere and for some reason couldn't get the coverage i needed. i was starting to think it wasn't going to happen until i was recommended to come here. i am so thankful i did. not only did they get me the coverage i needed but they got me an amazing rate that i could afford. not to mention their customer service is the best. thank you guys so much!!!
