i understand that processing an insurance claim fast is impossible however, i also think that taking more than 30 days is outrageous even more when i called for a status update several times and nobody could tell me anything until i complained with bbb. i really expected more from aig and i am very disappointed of how my claim was handled.
i feel very happy with the service this insurance agency provided to me. i am a customer for over 15 years with aig and have aslawyas been treated with respect and value. i am very happy and will happily recommend to anybody interested in obtaining insurance with this company.
this is a very good insurance company and i would recommend them to my family and friends if they are looking for insurance. i have been with aig for over 10 years and have never had any problems. they are always there to help me when i need them.
