falcon claims services llc has been the worst insurance company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. we filed a claim two months ago and have yet to receive any payment. every time we call, we are given the runaround and told that our claim is being processed. we have had to pay for all of the repairs ourselves and are now in debt because of this company. i would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.
