the staff are not promoting this business well. they should be more professional about their conduct withcustomers. they gave me an attitude when i called to ask about the coverage in my policy, and said they were too busy to help me. i felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone without answering my questions. when i called back and spoke to the owner, she was very friendly and helpful. she took the time to explain my policy to me and answered all of my questions. i believe that if the staff would be more professional and helpful, this business would be more successful.
