very bad costumer service. they are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. both the agent and her manager refused to give me my renewal price over the phone. i called bc last year my renewal price was 2700 and it went up to 3600 this year. i just wanted to confirm if the price i was quoted was correct. asked how much the homeowners portion would be, how much the flood portion would be, what other charges were included in the price, and agent refused to tell me bc she said she would have to research it and that she couldn't do it over the phone. i asked how the price could go up almost 1k and the manager got on the phone and also refused to give me the information. i was with twfg for 12 years and i have never had a claim. i am extremely disappointed with their customer service and will be looking for a new insurance company.

i have been a customer of twfg for over 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. they are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns i have, and they have always been very helpful in finding me the best rates on my insurance. i would highly recommend twfg to anyone looking for a great insurance company.
