i am disappointed to have to write this review. on saturday 12/21/2019 my house was destroyed in a fire. i called my insurance company, nationwide insurance, to file a claim and they gave me a claim number and contacted vincent and associates to be my adjuster. within 48 hours of filing my claim, the adjuster and two others showed up at my house to inspect the damage. to my surprise, they already had a check ready to give me that would cover the cost to replace all of the contents of my house. the rest of the claim process went just as smoothly and they were always available to answer any questions i had during this difficult time.
