east texas affordable insurance is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a claim until this year. when i filed a claim, they denied it and said that it was not covered under my policy. i spoke to several supervisors and they all gave me the same answer. i am very disappointed with the way i have been treated by this company and i will never do business with them again.
