i just switched over from progressive and after a storm came through that knocked out my power xfinity automatically sent me a text message to let me know that my services were interrupted and that they would send a mobile repair unit to my house within 48 hours to fix the problem. this was reassuring and i am glad that i made the switch to a company that cares about its customers.

the customer service has been horrible so far. the representatives i've spoken with have not been trained properly. they've given me false information. my internet and cable have been out for 3 days now and the technician was supposed to be here yesterday and they never showed up and i still have not heard from anyone. xfinity has the worst customer service i've ever experienced.

internet and tv services are great but the customer service is terrible. i have been trying to change my service for weeks now and i have been given the runaround. i have called multiple times and have been transferred to different departments and have been given different information each time. i am very frustrated with the customer service and i am considering switching to another provider.
