verizon wireless services llc is a rip off. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently switched to a new plan and was told that i would be getting a discount. however, when i got my bill, i was charged the full amount. i called customer service and was told that there was a mistake and that i would be refunded the difference. however, i have not yet received the refund. i am very disappointed with verizon wireless services llc and will be switching to another provider as soon as possible.
