i wish i could give 0 stars because this is the absolute worst insurance company i have ever had to deal with. customer service is absolutely abysmal and i regret signing up with them for home insurance. i have been a member for about 1 year and 7 months now and they increased my insurance rates by over $200 a month because "my credit score went down by 33 points". i did not receive any notice from them before this happened and they did not offer any solutions to help me get my rates lowered. when i called and spoke to a representative about this, they seemed to not really care and basically said that's just how it is. i have decided to cancel my service and go with another insurance company. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
