this insurance agency, 'r. e. chaix & associates insurance brokers, inc.', has been amazing! i've had a policy with them for my home and car for several years now, and they have always been there for me when i needed them most. a few years ago, i had a significant accident in my home. within minutes of calling them and filing a claim, they dispatched an adjuster to my home who was the nicest person and made sure that my claim was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
