cole title company is the worst title company i have ever had to deal with. i had my closing scheduled for monday, and they didn't send over the closing documents until wednesday. i then had to rush to get everything signed and notarized, and i almost missed my closing. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
i worked with this coles title company for my refi and i have not been disappointed. they are great at communicating through the whole process and are available even on nights and weekends to answer questions. i definitely recommend!
