i would highly recommend global american title agency, inc. in dallas, tx! i worked with michelle scruggs and she was wonderful! she answered all of my questions and made the entire process so easy and smooth! thank you!

they don't return phone calls or emails. they lost original documents. they are rude and incompetent. don't use them.

very impressed with global american title agency, inc. michelle scruggs did an amazing job in expediting our closing. she was responsive and thorough. she followed up immediately to all of our requests for documentation and clarification, and kept us consistently updated on the status of our loan process

"global american title agency, inc." did not process our closing paperwork on time. the closing date had to be postponed multiple times which caused so many problems for us. the staff was rude and incompetent. we did not get any call backs from them but were always told to wait for a response which never came until it was too late. i would highly recommend using a different title company for any future closings.
