very unsatisfied with our experience with gus bohler insurance, llc. we had a claim on our home due to hurricane ian in september 2022. they immediately denied our claim without even inspecting the property. we have had no communication from them since then. our agent, kelly greenberg, has not returned our phone calls, emails, nor text messages. they will not take responsibility for the damages to our home. unfortunately, we have been forced to hire an attorney to represent us so that we can get this matter resolved. i would strongly advise anyone from getting insurance through this company. you will be very sorry!
