went to this agency on sunday around 11am needing a car to rent for a week long vacation. the rep at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. did not try to up-sale me past what i asked for and was very nice. car was clean and ran great. the return was just as easy. would definitely rent from here again!
i will never rent from sixt again. my flight was delayed and i was going to be late picking up the car. i called twice - once from the plane and once after landing - to let them know i was running behind. i was assured that they would hold the car but when i arrived 1h15 minutes later, they had given it away and said there were no other cars available. they then said they could give me a car in two days. i will never understand why they could not have waited 15 minutes for me when i had called multiple times to say i was on my way but was delayed.
