we had a claim a few years back when a tree fell on our house. we had just had our roof replaced and the adjuster came out, looked at the damage, and told us since we had a new roof, it didn't need to be replaced, and only repaired. called our insurance agent, who told us to get another adjuster to come out. the second adjuster came out, agreed with us that our entire roof needed to be replaced, and also told us that the underlayment was not right and that the shingles were not nailed in all the way. it also took months to pay for the damages, and they tried to deny our claim. we didn't give up, and eventually, they did the right thing. we will never use auto owners again.
dtg operations is a scammer. i did not receive the service after i paid. they never return phone calls or emails. they stole my money. i tried to get refund through my credit union but they declined saying i tried to get refund a month late. i believe dtg operations is a scam and the credit union is working with dtg. i have never had this issue with other credit unions. my credit union is chase.
