i need to drop zca. i have been dropped by my provider for a non payment in which i made the payment but the payment did not go through even though i received confirmation from zca. i have tried emailing and calling zca with no response. today i received another letter from my provider with a disconnect notice. i called zca again and was told this is a 3rd party issue and i have to figure it out with them. i do not want to be without insurance. what steps do i need to take?
