i filed a claim for flood damage nearly 2 months ago. nobody has come to my house to assess the damage. i called once a week until i reached their claims manager, who immediately sent an adjuster to my house. he was very thorough and the crew began working on my house the next day! this is now day 5 of the crew working on my house. they have been extremely professional and courteous. they've patched the holes in my roof, replaced my floors with beautiful new floors, and replaced the drywall in the damaged rooms. i am very pleased with the speed and professionalism of worldwide risk management and would highly recommend them to anyone.
worldwide risk management has been my insurance provider for the past 5 years. i have had nothing but positive experiences with them. their customer service is excellent and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help me. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance provider.
