worldwide facilities, llc is a disaster. the absolute worst customer service you could ever ask for. you cannot speak to anyone who has the authority to help you. it honestly feels like you're being sent in circles so that they don't have to address your issue. it's clear they take on more business than they can handle and then they let everything fall through the cracks. one of the worst insurance experiences i've ever had and i strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere.don't be fooled by their shiny website and sales pitch. it is all smoke and mirrors and, once you have signed the contract, good luck getting any sort of support.
