this insurance agency is located in good area, the staff are friendly and welcoming and i did not have to wait long to be seen. the agent i was matched with, mr. alexander, was very helpful in explaining all my coverage options to me. i switched to this agency from a different agent because their rates were much cheaper. the service i received here was also much better than my previous agent. i am very happy i made the switch to winn health insurance agency.
