the health insurance coverage west texas area health associates provided me sucks. i tried to get a prescription filled at several pharmacies only to be told that the insurance was not valid. i called the insurance company and they said that they have no record of me being a customer. i also went to my doctor's office to make sure they submitted my information correctly, which they did. calling the company was useless because the automated system kept hanging up on me and the one time i did get through to a live person, they transferred me back to the automated system. i hope i don't have a medical emergency because i'm afraid that i won't be able to get the care that i need.
their process for issuing bonds is very good and they have a very fast turnaround time.
