i would like to share that my experience with this company has been far from awesome. i've been a customer for many years without filing any claims, but when i finally did, they basically told me to go pound sand. the adjuster assigned to my claim was incredibly rude and dismissive, and he made it clear that he was not interested in helping me. i was so frustrated with the entire process that i ended up dropping my policy and going with another company. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
