ultracar insurance llc has very poor communication and customer service. i had a policy with them for 3 years, and i never had a problem. but then i had a claim, and it was a nightmare. they took forever to process the claim, and they kept giving me the runaround. i finally got my money, but it was a lot of hassle. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
