triple crown insurance services inc located at 6160 mission gorge rd ste 110, san diego ca did not process my insurance claim after nearly 3 weeks of waiting time. i had to call them several times to check the status of the claim and each time they would just tell me that it was still being processed. this is not only unprofessional but also very frustrating to customers like me that are in immediate need of insurance. i called a local agent and they processed my request within 48 hours. i do not recommend this insurance agency to anyone.
