my experiences at the branch in palestine tx on e palestine avenue with a banker named kimberly have been exceptional. she has impeccable interpersonal skills. she listens to understand your needs and provides the highest quality of customer service. i had a banking issue and needed to close out my account and open a new one. i also needed to transfer funds between the accounts. she made it seem like it was just a normal day. she wasn't bothered by the number of questions i asked or the fact that i spent an hour there. i don't think i have ever experienced such great customer service before. her patience and tenacity are two qualities that i would point out. she is also a very pleasant and personable person. you may want to ask to see kimberly when you visit the branch.
