i have used these guys for a long time without any major issues, but in the past 2 years or so i have not been able to even connect with a real person to adjust my coverage. i need to make a change.
they sold me insurance for my new vehicle and they assured me if i ever had any issues they would help me with anything i needed i will not give them my business and i will make sure they are reported to the bbb.
