this location has the rudest customer service i have ever experienced. i used to handle rentals for our company and let me tell you this place is by far the worst. i would avoid renting from this location. the reps never answer the phone and then you have to call roadside assistance for any issue with the car, which is a complete joke. first of all, the wait times are exceptionally long and then they are incredibly rude. i will never rent from this location again!
