the worst insurance company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a claim until recently. when i filed a claim, they denied it, saying that it was not covered under my policy. i was so frustrated and angry, and i felt like i had been taken advantage of. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
