i was very pleased with the service i received from this company. i had a claim and they were very helpful and professional. they made the process very easy and i was very satisfied with the outcome. i would definitely recommend this company to others.
this company lied about my insurance prices. i have been a customer of this company for many years. i was told my rate would be 120 a month. then i was told my bill was going to be 180 a month. i called to correct the issue and i was told i was right and my bill was going to be 120 a month. when the bill came, it was 180 a month. i have tried to contact this company several times and i cannot get anyone to call me back. this is very frustrating because i feel like i am being lied to and ignored.
