these guys have been in this area for years now and i have seen them grow over the years into what they are now. i still get my car insurance from them, and it's been years now. not planning to switch anytime soon.
this 'tbf agency' is not exactly the best car insurance agency i have worked with, i was hoping for better based on the ratings i read online, but i really need to be honest that they are just an average car insuracne agency. their customer service is okay, not the best, they could improve on that, it would make the experience a lot better. i'm not sure if i will use them again, or maybe just for a different type of insurance or policy.
