great customer service but too expensive. i have been using them for 5 years and haven't filed a single claim. i asked for a discount after 3 years of business with them but was denied. customer service is always great. they answer the phone almost immediately, and they answer my questions and process my payments efficiently and politely. however, their rates are too high.
