swbc has been great to work with. i have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had any problems. the staff is always friendly and helpful. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
swbc is a joke. i have never dealt with such awful customer service in my life. i have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week now and have yet to speak to a live person. i have left countless voicemails and emails and have not received a response. i am so frustrated and angry. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
