surety bonds is one of the worst insurers i have ever dealt with. i had a $10,000 surety bond through them for my business. i canceled the bond early and was due a refund of $6,000. i called and emailed them several times to get my refund and they kept giving me the runaround. finally, after three months, i received a check for $4,000. i called and emailed them again to ask about the remaining $2,000 and they said that i was not due a refund for that amount. i am very disappointed with surety bonds and i would not recommend them to anyone.
